8th Gup - Low Yellow Belt

Chon-Ji

Kicks

  • Front snap kick (lead leg, rear leg, stepping)
  • Side front snap kick (lead leg, rear leg, stepping)
  • Side piercing kick (lead leg, rear leg, stepping)

Hand Techniques

  • Front punch with the forefist
  • Side block with the inner forearm
  • Low block with the outer forearm
